Pasteurized A2 milk, Cream, Culture, Salt, Olive oil

This wonderful Mediterranean fresh cheese is one of the few or perhaps the only cheese that can compete with our paneer tikka when you put it on a non-stick pan or over a barbeque grill. Once golden brown or even a bit charred it has an aroma that cannot be beaten and a salty finish that will have you reaching for the next piece.
